This Privacy Policy describes how Logo Quiz: Football Clubs, also shown as Emblems Quiz in some app contexts ("we", "our", or "the app"), collects, uses, and protects information.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The app may collect or process limited data automatically, including:

• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostics
• App usage data, such as opened screens, shop interactions, level progress, solved football club emblems, hints used, coins earned or spent, and purchase flow events
• Language and app preference settings
• Purchase status needed to provide purchased items, remove ads, unlock levels, restore purchases, and maintain your in-app coin balance
• Advertising and consent information needed to show ads and respect your privacy choices

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how users interact with the app, improve gameplay, evaluate feature usage, and monitor app performance.

Firebase Analytics may collect or process:

• Device identifiers and app instance identifiers
• Device and app information
• Usage events, such as screen views, shop opens, level opens, solved emblems, coins earned or spent, hints used, and purchase flow events
• Language preference and a generated device identifier used for analytics consistency

Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and technical issues. Crash reports may include device information, app version, operating system version, diagnostic data, crash logs, and limited app state needed to diagnose the issue.

Crashlytics helps us keep the app stable and fix bugs. We do not use crash reports to identify you personally.

Advertising

The app may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or process limited data to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable laws.

Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by applicable law, the app may show a consent form or privacy options using Google's User Messaging Platform.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, including coin packs and one-time Premium or Platinum purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID credentials, or other payment information.

The app uses Apple StoreKit information to determine whether a purchase was completed, restore eligible purchases, add purchased coins to your balance, remove ads, unlock Premium levels, or unlock all levels depending on the purchased item.

You can restore eligible purchases inside the app using the Restore Purchases option. Consumable coin packs are added to your in-app balance after purchase and may not be restorable in the same way as non-consumable purchases.

How We Use Data

• Provide app functionality, gameplay, progress tracking, hints, coin balance, and preferences
• Provide, verify, and restore eligible in-app purchases
• Remove ads or unlock levels after eligible purchases
• Analyze app usage and improve features
• Find and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues
• Provide, measure, and improve advertising where applicable
• Respect consent and privacy choices where required

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Limited data may be processed by third-party service providers, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, and Apple StoreKit, only as needed to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, consent management, app functionality, and in-app purchases.

These third-party services process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information such as name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Choices

• You can stop app data collection by uninstalling the app
• You can manage ad consent or privacy options inside the app where available
