This Privacy Policy describes how Logo Letters ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The app may collect or process limited information automatically, including:

• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and diagnostics
• App usage data, such as opened screens, selected collections, level progress, solved logos, hints used, coins earned or spent, daily challenge activity, shop interactions, and purchase flow events
• Crash data and performance data used to diagnose technical issues and improve stability
• Purchase status needed to provide purchased items, remove ads, unlock levels, restore eligible purchases, and maintain your in-app coin balance
• Advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and consent information needed to show ads and respect your privacy choices

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how users interact with the app, improve gameplay, evaluate feature usage, and measure app performance.

Firebase Analytics may collect or process:

• App instance identifiers, device identifiers, and a generated device identifier used for analytics consistency
• Device and app information
• Usage events, such as screen views, collection opens, level opens, solved logos, hints used, coins earned or spent, daily challenge activity, shop opens, and purchase flow events
• Language preference and app settings relevant to analytics

Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and technical issues. Crash reports may include device information, app version, operating system version, diagnostic data, crash logs, and limited app state needed to diagnose the issue.

Crash data is used for app functionality, including improving stability and fixing bugs. We do not use crash reports for advertising tracking.

Performance Monitoring

We use Firebase Performance Monitoring, provided by Google, to understand app launch time, screen performance, network performance, and other technical metrics.

Performance data is used for app functionality, including improving speed, reliability, and scalability. We do not use performance data for advertising tracking.

Advertising

The app may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or process limited data to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable laws.

Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by applicable law, the app may show a consent form or privacy options using Google's User Messaging Platform.

Advertising data may be linked to your device or app instance and may be used for tracking purposes by Google or advertising partners where permitted by your consent and device settings.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, including coin packs, ad removal, Premium access, Platinum access, and subscription options where available.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID credentials, or other payment information.

The app uses Apple StoreKit information to determine whether a purchase was completed, restore eligible purchases, add purchased coins to your balance, remove ads, unlock Premium levels, or unlock all levels depending on the purchased item.

You can restore eligible purchases inside the app using the Restore Purchases option. Consumable coin packs are added to your in-app balance after purchase and may not be restorable in the same way as non-consumable purchases or subscriptions.

Local Progress and Preferences

Some gameplay information is stored locally on your device, such as level progress, coin balance, daily challenge state, language preference, reminder settings, and other app preferences.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored progress and preferences may be deleted unless they are also maintained by Apple purchase records or another system service.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification preferences and preferred reminder times are used to provide the reminder feature. You can disable notifications in the app settings or in your device settings.

How We Use Data

• Provide app functionality, gameplay, progress tracking, hints, coin balance, daily challenges, reminders, and preferences
• Provide, verify, and restore eligible in-app purchases
• Remove ads or unlock content after eligible purchases
• Analyze app usage and improve features
• Find and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues
• Improve app performance, stability, and reliability
• Provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertising where applicable
• Respect consent and privacy choices where required

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Limited data may be processed by third-party service providers, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, and Apple StoreKit, only as needed to provide analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, advertising, consent management, app functionality, and in-app purchases.

These third-party services process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information such as name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Choices

• You can stop app data collection by uninstalling the app
• You can manage ad consent or privacy options inside the app where available
